1. The cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
2. Any cancellation within 7 days or Non-show are charged 100% and non-refundable.
3. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival or same-day reservations are non-refundable after confirmation.
4. Any amendments or special requests are subject to availability.
5. Homestay reserves the final rights to reject any amendments or special requests;any refunds will be at the homestay's discretion.
6. Advance payments are mandatory to confirm reservation; any bookings done without payment will be held tentative for up to 24 hours and will be cancelled after the tentative period is over.
